Our cuisine at The Barrel Restaurant is modern Australian and all handmade from local produce. Our Chef hails from the culinary haven of Adelaide and makes all his own breads and pasta. He has paired the exquisite menu with accompanying drops from some of the best local wineries including Ross Hill, Angullong, Brangayne, Phillip Shaw, and Highland Heritage.
Our focus for the menu is to provide an experience of quality food and wine. Sit back and relax whilst you sample the delights of house made Rosemary Focaccia, Beef Tartare with shallot, caper and horseradish followed by Crab Pappardelle with cherry tomato, chilli and parmesan. Finish your meal with the classic Creme Brulée teamed with pistachio biscotti or a modern twist on an old favourite - Eton Mess with lemon curd, berries and cream.
